Refund Policy

Overview

At Invoicee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no associated costs. No refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Business and Enterprise) are billed on a monthly basis.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers): If you are a first-time paid subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Contact us via WhatsApp at +60 11-3071 9502 with your payment reference.
  • After 7 Days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewals: Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. After cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will then revert to the Free plan.
  • Your data will be preserved unless you also delete your account.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered outside of the standard policy in the following cases:

  • A duplicate charge was made due to a technical error on our side.
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period (>72 hours) due to our fault.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back via the original payment method through Billplz.
