Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Invoicee (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoicee is a web-based invoicing and business records management platform. Features include invoice and quotation creation, customer management, expense tracking (petty cash, transactions), product management, and AI-powered receipt scanning. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Invoicee offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: Up to 10 invoices/month, 10 quotations/month, 50 customers, 3 AI scans/month.
  • Business: Unlimited invoices/quotations/customers, 50 AI scans/month, priority support.
  • Enterprise: All Business features with unlimited AI scans and up to 6 companies.

Payments are processed by Billplz. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize Invoicee to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

5. AI Features

The AI receipt scanning feature is powered by the Google Gemini API. By using this feature, you consent to uploaded images being processed by Google's AI systems. We do not permanently store receipt images beyond your session. Usage is subject to your plan's monthly scan quota.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Invoicee (invoices, customer records, company data, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Invoicee to:

  • Create fraudulent invoices or engage in illegal activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization.
  • Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service temporarily without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Invoicee is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide at least 7 days' notice for material changes.
